They commenced in 2004, when Antonio Alcubilla felt he wanted to continue the work of his predecessors, and salvaged an Old Farm, equipping it with the most Advanced Technology, in Vadocondes.
Halfway between the 10 Hectares of their own vineyards and the 10 Hectares under their control, the Alcubilla Family have now, for almost half a century, been cultivating the Pago de San Cosme. Production currently amounts to around 40,000 Litres / Year.
Falling into four categories, they sell 45,000 Bottles of Wine / Year
