It originated in 1986 in the Valladolid town of Quintanilla de Onésimo. Twenty years later and it had positioned its brand name as a benchmark in the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin.
Repeatedly winning awards from guides and noteworthy competitions, it exudes style and finesse.
It is incorporated within the H.A. Barceló Group (1876), a wine producer in Spain’s most eminent denominations and present in 40 different countries and on 5 continents:
100 % Tinta Fino, its wine possesses identity, distinction and the ability to give great pleasure. On one of the most important Wine Routes, the winery is situated on the 'Golden Mile' in the Castilian countryside. Blending tradition and modernity, the winery maintains the temperature at around 15 º C.
Local vine growers are given long-term contracts for their 10 Hectares. Total control of the vineyards is required to guarantee a level of perfect healthiness.
Since 1989, winning their first 'Gold Zarcillo', they have not stopped accumulating accolades and acknowledgements both from the National and International press.
