Very much aware of their family ties, they started out in 2004 as a joint venture. Basically, in their view, wine is made on the land; the winery is just another tool for making it better.
They are now in their fourth generation, and always realistic in outlook. For the first six years they subleased the premises of other wineries (Neo, Valdebilla and Antonino Izquierdo) so they could improve on their market position.
In 2011 they saw their dream come to fruition and built their own premises in Roa, with views of the town’s bullring. Their main brand is 'Somanilla'.
