It is a must, even if it’s just to have a drink at the bar and more importantly, taste the wonderful rashers of bacon. In the restaurant, Suckling lamb roasted in the wood-burning oven is the specialty. All this can be experienced in a charming authentically Castilian environment.

Presentación

The restaurant is cosy and charming with typical Castilian décor. They specialise in Lechazo Asado (roast suckling lamb that is cooked in a wood-burning oven). We also suggest Pickled wild pigeon, Free range chicken and Lagar style cod.

There is an underground wine cellar with Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero, Toro, Rueda, Cigales and Rioja wines. The prices are winery prices and the staff knowledgeable professionals, able to offer advice on which wine is best for each occasion.

At the bar, there are Delicious rashers of bacon, Soup accompanied by minced hard-boiled egg, ham, and croutons, Sweetbreads, Iberian hams and the Spanish omelette with ham.
