This cottage is geographically located on the so-called Milla de Oro, Golden Mile (Ribera del Duero), next to a poplar grove, it contact with nature is startling. It is a modern country cottage built with stone; it is a two story building that is isolated from public land by a two metre high wall.
In the cottage there is sleeping space for a total of nine people, by means of three double bedrooms, one twin bed room and one single room (bed sheets). One can enjoy three bathrooms, a lving room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen with a table (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic hob, toaster, coffee-maker, table linen, glassware, cutlery and crockery), individual heating, TV, Wi-Fi, living room, porch, garden and wine cellar/merendero, picnic area.
